Right around the holidays, our sweet Bengal boy of almost 15 years passed away. We were so lucky to find Primo Bengals and connect with our new Charcoal Bengal boy as soon as we did. April was very responsive and thorough during the application process and the pick-up. Leading up to the pick-up date, we received weekly updates, pictures, and videos of our sweet boy. When we met, we received medical documentation, a packet of detailed guidance on getting our baby adjusted at his new home, and a gift bag full of food, toys, and surprises. Our boy is very well-behaved and has the coolest personality. Welcome home little Buddy! Thank you April--for a beautiful kitty and a wonderful experience. Our family feels whole again!

April was so easy to work with and is always helpful and responsive. The process of receiving our bengal fur baby was a breeze.  Primo Bengals, A few months after I had to say goodbye to my beloved Louie, my 18-year kitty, a friend introduced me to April at Primo Bengals.  Normally, when I went to adopt a new kitty, I would adopt another stray needing a home.  But I had become highly allergic to Louie in the last few years and needed a less allergen-inducing kitty.   Right away I was impressed with April’s careful screening of potential Bengal-parents.  April clearly loves all her cats and makes sure that they go into homes with parents that are willing to engage with their kittens - not just admire their beauty.  Bengals are not kitties for those who are away from home often or for long periods, and April makes sure her kitties are placed in homes where the kitten will be happy too. April also makes sure that the kitties are highly socialized and healthy before adoption.  She provides birth records, vet records, screens for genetic diseases, and her kittens are given their initial vaccinations as age-appropriate.  She knows each of her kittens well and provides guidance on personality traits (for Bengals in general, but also for your individual kitty), and sends her kitten off to his or her new home with a gift of toys, initial food and other goodies to make sure new parents have what they need.   While it may seem to some that April asks a lot of her adoptive parents – it’s all in the kitties’ best interest and I would have it no other way.   We adopted little Simba, who is a loving little boy.  The third night (after the 4-hour car ride home), he crawled into bed with us and purred himself to sleep.  We could not be happier because we know that Simba’s readiness to accept us is because of all the hard work that April put into him from the day he was born. In my mind, Primo Bengals (April) is an ideal breeder and I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to adopt a curious, high-energy and loving kitty. Cyndi Reynolds
